Nepali Supreme Court approves gay marriage
California voters may have rejected same sex marriage Nepali Supreme Court however has agreed to the same. The court by its ruling has upheld the basic human rights including the right to same sex marriage. In doing so the Apex Court has defeated the Maoist idea of having a Nepal that despises gay rights as bourgeois idea fit to be scorned at.
